How to read a Bradford White serial number (find the build date)

Decode a serial number now (works offline).

The rule

First character = year letter (A = 2004 or 2024, one letter per year, skipping I, O, Q, R, U, V; the cycle repeats every 20 years). Second character = month letter (A = January … M = December, skipping I).
